  • Connective Massage is performed with little to no lubricant, allowing for deeper work into the tissues. This technique may create a gentle tugging sensation, but it provides profound relief and release. Using a slow, focused pace, the session helps both mind and body relax.

  • This session combines orthopedic techniques with relaxation-based massage to ease pain and reduce stress. For whiplash, weekly sessions are recommended until symptoms improve. For migraine management, ongoing treatments are suggested to help control and prevent flare-ups.

  • This session blends Thai massage principles with modern sports therapy to improve mobility and increase range of motion. Techniques include targeted muscle release, fascial work, stretching, and compression. Performed while fully clothed, sessions can take place on a massage table or floor mat.
